CSAA.com Web Site Redesign

I began work in February 2006 on a large project to redesign the Web presence for the California State Automobile Association (CSAA). This organization is a club that a part of the federation that constitutes the American Automobile Association (AAA). While CSAA offers many services through its own Web site, some of the services are provided by the AAA federation. The wireframes listed below were used as part of the redesign effort for the CSAA travel services. While the travel systems are hosted by the national AAA federation, we worked closely with them to redesign the interface. The goal was to maintain the existing backend system, improve the layout and usability of the interface and reduce the number of steps required to book travel services. The wireframes were used to communicate with the national office and were to be included in functional specifications.
